According to the requests of Yongpyong Resort to design a premium condominium, our decision of design direction was bringing an atmosphere of Vail Sky Village in Colorado, USA into the site. One of the strengths of Grand'vue Hills is full sky slope view from each condominiums and terrace houses. Moreover, various amenities and plaza on ground level make the resort more vitalized. The buildings, condo towers and terrace houses, are harmoniously placed with natural steep slope topography.
