Hoang mai park city is residential, commercial and office complex. The site is located near the Chu van an memorial park, 8km distant from the Center of Hanoi, to the southern direction. There are 9 differentiated residential units, comprising of low-rise 1066 houses. Respect to the central axis crossing from east to west, luxurious residential clusters are planned in the northern part, whereas the shop/residence mixed clusters are located in the southern part.
Each residential blocks will be identified with strong sense of individual community, together with the Central park and the Finger parks smearing over the site, whilst weaving each blocks with sense of both specificity and wholness.
