A part of the new urban area development called “Woonbuk” district of Incheon, our development scheme calls for 1,273 unit mid-high rise residential towers and amenities. Five “high” rise towers (45~58 stories) are shaped to mimic “flower” petals; each petal is an apartment unit with area of 172 SM ~ 221 SM. Two “low” rise towers (10~15 stories) are “bar” types. This attractive residential community will house a community center, seaside park, water plaza, event square and some retail area to become a premier luxury residence of Incheon.
