One of the two finalists for the design competition of this new Palm Jebel Ali’s residential area located in the heart of the Palm Jebel Ali, YAMASAKI KOREA’s scheme calls for eight, 968 unit residential towers ranging from 18~32 story. The total area is 318,410 SM and it houses 2,398 car parking spaces. Our idea was to present a new “landmark” in Dubai’s sky by creating “twisting” towers allowing residents to enjoy “ocean” views.
