The vision of the development was to create the most luxurious, comfortable resort community within Yongpyeong Community,which is the oldest resort community in Korea. The setting was perfect; with 54 hole golf courses and ski facilities within the community, Yongpyeong is the brand name when it comes to choose an all-season resort in Korea. Main motto of our scheme is to “blend” with its surroundings. All natural building materials were chosen to “blend” with nature - stone, wood and metal. The idea of heavy and dark metal roof came from traditional “Korean” villages.
