Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. requested us to come up with a redevelopment scheme for one of the most sought-after residential area of Seoul, Apgujeong-Dong, H-Apt. area. With an assumption that 50~60 story “highrise” towers are allowed, our scheme is a mixture of 4~6 unit type per floor apt.towers with unique amenities.
